From about 636 answered e-mails per month you pay the cap — every additional reply is free (fair use up to 2 000).
Why this model?
A small hotel in the low season should not pay the same as a busy city hotel in July. With a low monthly fee and a price per answered e-mail, the cost follows the value: when BookingWatch works more, it also wins you more bookings.
The cap means you always know your worst case before you start. One extra direct booking a month usually covers the whole cost — use our calculator to check with your own numbers.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as an answered e-mail?
An e-mail counts when BookingWatch sends a reply to a guest (or you approve and send a draft it wrote). Spam, newsletters, OTA notifications, automatic replies and e-mails BookingWatch hands over to you without replying are free.
Can the bill surprise me?
No. The price is capped at €179 per month no matter how many e-mails are answered (fair use up to 2 000 answered e-mails per month; above that we agree on a volume price together).
Is there a binding period or setup fee?
No. The first 30 days are free, there is no setup fee and you can cancel at the end of any month.
Do I need to change booking engine or PMS?
No. BookingWatch connects to the e-mail inbox you already use for reservations. Your booking engine, channel manager and PMS stay as they are.
Are prices including VAT?
All prices are excluding VAT.
